Abri is an approved student housing property located in Rexburg Idaho for Students at BYU-Idaho. In conjunction with a good local team, Westland was able to navigate the permitting process and see the construction completed on a very aggressive timeline. Construction started on the first phase in December of 2017. 9 months later construction was complete, and the property was preleased at 70%. Phase 2 had a similarly short construction timeline. In spite of these aggressive construction schedules, the project was completed within budget.
