West On Murray was acquired as a broken down condominium project in 2017. Once an HOA for the project was created, an assessment was imposed on owners to assist in the funding of property-wide exterior upgrades. This included re-siding the buildings, replacing roofs, stairs and rails, as well as many additional aesthetic & safety improvements. West On Murray is located in the immediate proximity of Nike’s world headquarters, which is in the process of adding over 1m sqft of new office space to their campus. In addition to being near many other high credit employers, West On Murray is well positioned to benefit from this high-wage job creation.
