Recently Westland Investors’ Director of Business Development, Carson Halley, was named 2023 regional Vice President of leading real estate institute, CCIM. Halley joined leaders and members of CCIM in Nashville for their quarterly educational conference, where best practices, key market metrics and other industry insider information is shared among CCIM designees. In addition to studying investment optimization, Halley said that he and other CRE professionals learned more about innovative analytic tools that help optimize their investment strategies quickly and accurately.
Recently named VP of the Pacific region, including Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana, Halley said, “I’m honored to represent CCIM in our thriving Pacific Northwest region. We are fortunate that capital is flowing here, and our region maintains strong with healthy economic growth opportunities.”
The CCIM Institute is a non-profit educational body designed for corporate real estate executives and helps professionals utilize cutting edge methodologies and predictive tools that help deliver successful economic outcomes.
